There are 48 national parks in the United States alone, each with countless unique and exciting opportunities for outdoor recreation. Although the summer months bring masses of tourists from all over the world, most of these parks contain endless miles of hiking trails, allowing you to escape the crowds and find your own paradise.

With the Tour of Spain (La Vuelta) next up on the cycling calendar (23.08 - 14.09) we look at the most important element in cycling - your feet. If you have ever been to bike fitters, you will notice that they often spend a large amount of time on foot and cycling shoe/cleat positioning.  Besides selecting a bicycle that meets your specific needs, proper shoes are the most important piece of cycling equipment and the foot is of course the key element of cycling.

1       Don't over do it
