We put together some quick tips that we hope will help motivate you to run further.
Set a goal

Sports psychology tips have been getting increasing attention these days. Sports psychologists emphasise the fact that you need to build your mental fitness to tackle physical challenges. This form of meditation, developed by Jon Kabat-Zinn, has been shown to improve a wide variety of health conditions. There are a number of good online resources to help you get started with mindfulness.
