I put the footbeds into the pair of MBTs that I had and have been wearing them a lot. I put on a pair of trail runners yesterday to go for a walk, and there was something wrong… the shoes just felt “off”... and they have always been a favorite pair. Since there was no reason that the shoes should feel “off” I took the Footbalance footbeds from my MBTs and put them in the trail runners. Guess what? The shoes did not feel “off” any more. They fit perfectly.
I never knew how effective a custom footbed could be, and how it could change how I feel in a pair of shoes.
