The 5 steps to perfect fitting footwear is FootBalance’s customer service promise and includes listening to customers needs, providing a personalised measurement and assessment of the customer’s feet, moulding FootBalance 100% custom insoles, recommending the appropriate footwear and accessories that best suit the individual customer’s needs and providing a professional footwear fitting service.
