What is FootBalance Return Policy?
|At FootBalance we create custom insoles that provide the foundation for your movement by activating your feet and helping you stay on the move for longer. Whether you’re using your custom insoles for sports or everyday activities, we want you to be satisfied with your purchase.|
|Our products come with a 30-day satisfaction guarantee. This means that you can use the product for 30 days and return if you are not happy with it. The 30 days starts 7 days after the product has left our warehouse, and ends on the stamp date on the return package.|
|Return shipping is free provided you follow the instructions delivered with the order, making sure to use the FootBalance approved shipping agent when sending your return accompanied by the original receipt.|
Returning a damaged product
If the delivered product(s) is damaged, defective or if you received a wrong product(s), you can return it to us accompanied by the original receipt and you will receive a refund. FootBalance reserves the right to determine between damaged, defective product and normal wear-and-tear.
The amount you paid for the product(s) will be refunded to your card used at purchase, 14 days after we have received and approved your return. If the product(s) cannot be delivered to you, for some reason not dependent on us, the amount paid by the card used at purchase is refunded to your card.
Unfortunately, we don’t offer exchanges. If you wish to order another model or size, please return the purchased item and order the new item online yourself. We will refund your money for the first purchase as soon as we receive the parcel.
Withdrawal of the order by FootBalance
Unfortunately, we are not able to do partial deliveries. In case the product you ordered is not available at our stock for any reason, we are unable to confirm, process or deliver the whole order. If this happens, we will notify you by e-mail and return any payment you have made related to this order.
